You may reach our Call Center Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM EDT and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EDT. 

On the third Wednesdays of each month, our Call Center hours will be slightly modified. On the dates listed below, we will have a delayed opening at 9:00 AM (30 minutes later than our usual 8:30 AM opening time):

• Wednesday, April 16th
• Wednesday, May 21st
• Wednesday, June 18th
• Wednesday, July 16th
• Wednesday, August 20th
• Wednesday, September 17th
• Wednesday, October 15th
• Wednesday, November 19th
• Wednesday, December 17th

Regular hours will resume on all other business days. We appreciate your understanding as we accommodate these schedule adjustments.

During the online account opening process, your new Share Certificate will be opened with a $0 balance. You will then have up to 10 calendar days from the online account open date during which to fund your new Share Certificate, using one of the following funding methods. 

Step 1 

Transfer funds into Andrews Federal:

• Initiate a Wire Transfer or request an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer from your external financial institution
• Mail a check to Andrews Federal
• Visit one of our branch locations to deposit funds
• Deposit funds via the Shared Branch Network

Step 2

After the funds have been deposited into your savings or checking account, contact us through one of these channels to fund your new Share Certificate:

• Send us a Secure Message in Digital Banking
• Call us at (800) 487-5500
• Or chat with us in Digital Banking

For domestic wire transfers, please fill out our wire request form. You will need to provide a copy of your unexpired state issued driver's license or passport. Send the completed form to one of the following:

• Email the completed form to depositsupportservices@andrewsfcu.org
• Log in to Digital Banking and send the form via a secure message 
• Mail your completed form to: Attention Support Services, 5711 Allentown Road Suitland, MD 20746
• Visit the nearest branch for assistance

Domestic wires are received within 1-2 business days. For wires $3,000 or more, you must provide a physical address for the recipient.

For international wire transfers, please fill out our wire request form. You will need to provide a copy of your unexpired state issued driver's license or passport. Send the completed form to one of the following:
