How do I freeze my card if it's stolen?

You can quickly update your card status in Digital Banking. Log into Digital Banking and choose Card Services from the navigation menu.  Select Card Management, then Enable/Disable Card.

How do I redeem my credit card reward points?

To redeem your rewards points, log into Digital Banking and follow this path: Card Services > Card Management > Card Details > Access Rewards. From here, you can review reward options and redeem your points for travel, gift cards and more.

How do I add a travel notification to my card?

Adding a travel notification is a great option to ensure uninterrupted card usage when away from home. You can set the timeframe you will be using your card in a different area, as well as the locations where you will be traveling. Add a travel notification through Digital Banking by logging in and following this navigation: Card Services > Card Management > Card Details > Travel Notifications.

How do I request a credit card limit increase?

You can request a credit line increase by submitting a new loan application. You can select the credit card limit increase option from the loan application menu.

How do you determine my credit limit?

Your credit limit is based on a variety of factors, including information in your credit history, your current credit lines and your ability to repay. If you think your credit limit should be adjusted, you can contact our lending team.

How do I report credit card fraud?

If you suspect your account has been compromised, please call 1-800-487-5500 immediately.

What protections come with my Andrews Federal Supreme Rewards Visa Signature card?

Your card includes valuable added protections that give you peace of mind, including:

  • Cellular Telephone Protection: Covers damage, theft, or loss of your cell phone up to $500 per claim, with a maximum of two claims and $1,000 per 12-month period.
  • Ride Share Protection: Provides accidental death and dismemberment insurance up to $50,000 and a personal property benefit up to $100 for incidents occurring during rides arranged through transportation network companies.
  • Porch Piracy Protection: Protects against theft of eligible items purchased with your card within the first 90 days, reimbursing up to $1,000 per claim and $10,000 per cardholder annually.

110,000 Bonus Points - 10,000 bonus points will be earned with $1,500 purchase within 90 days of card opening.
