How early should I speak with a loan officer in the home buying process?

We recommend speaking with a loan officer as one of the first steps in the home buying process - up to 6 months in advance. Our experienced loan officers can help you review your credit, income and assets, as well as answer questions about the mortgage and homebuying process.

Can I qualify for other grant or down payment assistance programs in addition to the FHLB grant?

Yes, the FHLB grant is stackable with many local/national/employer-provided down payment assistance programs.
