Is using a contactless debit card secure?
When you use a contactless debit card, you add a layer of security because transactions are tokenized and require device authentication (Face/Touch ID or passcode).
What if I lose my card?
You can lock it instantly in the app, then unlock it when you find your card again. If you think your card has been permanently lost, you can request a new one through Digital Banking.
How can I reset the PIN for my Debit Card?
To reset the PIN on your debit card, call 1.866.985.2273.
Do you offer ATM fee rebates/refunds for ATMs outside of your network?
ATM fee rebates/refunds are available with Kasasa Cash Checking and Kasasa Cash Back Checking.
Can I use my card with Apple Pay/Google Pay?
Yes, you can add your card to a variety of Digital Wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. Follow the instructions here to begin using your card through your Digital Wallet and adding another layer of protection to your accounts.

The chip on your debit card provides additional security only when used at a terminal or ATM that is chip-enabled.
Visa's Zero Liability Policy is our guarantee that you won't be held responsible for unauthorized charges made with your account or account information. You're protected if your Visa debit card is lost, stolen or fraudulently used, online or offline. Visa’s Zero Liability Policy does not apply to certain commercial cards and anonymous prepaid card transactions or transactions not processed by Visa. Cardholders must use care in protecting their card and notify Andrews Federal immediately of any unauthorized use.
