Do I have to join ACC before completing the membership process?
No, when you select the ACC as your enrollment option, Andrews Federal will automatically enroll you as a new member in the ACC as your membership eligibility option.
If you’re applying for a loan through the credit union, you will also automatically be considered for membership.
Can I join Andrews Federal through ACC if I live overseas?
Potential members who are located in Belgium, Germany, or the Netherlands, are required to meet requirements of the corresponding Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) in each country.
Do I have to qualify to join the American Consumer Council?
Yes, qualification is required. To qualify, you must be an American consumer who currently uses or has purchased a major consumer product or service within three years of submitting their application for membership. There is no fee associated with ACC membership.
How long will my ACC membership remain active?
You can remain an ACC member as long as you desire at no cost. Once you've established your Andrews Federal membership, you can remain a credit union member until you choose to close your account.
